1. General provisions

4. Price

5.9. Depending on stock availability, products may be delivered to customers in batches.

5.11. 6.5. 7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 If the customer chooses to specify express delivery, the product should be delivered to the address specified by the customer in the order. 8. Packaging

9. No reason to return

9.1. In accordance with the relevant regulations of mainland China, Giovanni Valentino accepts the customer to return the product without reason within 7 days from the date of product been delivered.

9.2. When exercising the right to return without reason (including third-party authorized channels), the customer should contact Giovanni Valentino through the online customer service of the website within the period mentioned in Article 9.1 above to explain his willingness to return. 9.3. 9.5. 10. EXCEPTIONAL PRODUCTS

10.1. The right of return without reason does not apply to orders of the following product categories:

5.11. 当公司收到产品的全部价款并将产品交付给客户(或客户在订单中指定的第三方,承运人除外)后,产品的所有权即转移给客户。产品的损失和损坏风险在产品交付给客户(或客户在订单中指定的除承运人以外的第三方)后转移给客户。

5.12. 在正常情况下,Giovanni Valentino 根据本第 5 条向客户发出的所有通知均以短信形式发送至客户在相关订单中提交的手机号码。

6. 付款方式

6.1. 客户可通过支付宝(含花呗)、微信支付、银联在线支付或银行转账等方式按照本第 6 条的规定(支付宝(含花呗)、微信支付、银联在线支付统称为 “在线支付”)支付订单中的产品价款及相关运费。

6.2. 如果客户选择通过在线支付方式支付产品价款,若 Giovanni Valentino 因任何原因未能在订单确认后十五(15)分钟内收到客户应支付的款项,则应立即取消或终止该订单或(如适用)相应合同。客户可根据本通用条款重新提交订单购买产品,但 Giovanni Valentino 不保证订单是否会被保留。

6.3. 银行转账汇款的付款方式仅适用于包括丝网产品在内的产品购买订单;在此情况下,客户必须(且 Giovanni Valentino 仅接受客户)通过银行转账汇款的方式支付订单项下的产品价款及相关运费。除上述情况外,银行转账汇款的付款方式不适用于其他情况。

6.4. 支付宝支付方式仅适用于订单金额不超过人民币五万元(50,000)的订单。如果订单金额超过上述限额,客户必须选择其他适用的支付方式支付订单项下的产品价款和相关运费。

6.5. 客户使用银行或第三方金融机构的服务进行支付时,银行或第三方金融机构收取的相关费用(包括银行或第三方金融机构的手续费,如客户使用淮北分期付款时支付宝收取的手续费)(形式以实际情况为准)由客户承担。

7. 运输和交货

7.1 如果客户选择指定快递,产品应送达客户在订单中指定的地址。交货时,客户(或客户在订单中指定的第三方,承运人除外)必须签收。Giovanni Valentino 有权拒绝将货物交付至任何货运代理的邮政信箱或地址。

7.2. Giovanni Valentino 将在收到客户全额付款后交付相关产品。在任何情况下,如果公司未能收到客户付款,则公司不对延迟交付或未交付产品负责。

7.5. 客户可根据第 5.7 条列出的方法查看相关订单的产品账单。账单以客户提交订单时提供的信息为依据。客户可通过网站下订单,或在产品交付给客户后十四(14)天(如为部分交付,则从最后一批产品交付时算起)(无论如何)不超过一年后,通过电话或网站在线顾问联系在线商店的客户服务部门,申请相应的已交付产品(不包括任何退货)的电子税务发票。Giovanni Valentino将在产品交付十四(14)天后根据客户保留的联系方式交付相关电子发票。

7.6. 如果客户选择默认的快递送货方式,则所购产品将由 Giovanni Valentino 选择的快递服务提供商送达。如果客户特别指定快递服务提供商,运费将由客户承担,并在订单和账单中单独列明。

7.7. Giovanni Valentino 的送货服务区域覆盖中国大陆。

7.8. 如客户选择快递送货,客户可根据第 5.7 条所列方法查询相关订单下所购产品的送货时间(因不可抗力事件或意外情况导致的送货延迟除外)。上述交付日期仅为 Giovanni Valentino 根据当前情况做出的最佳估计,Giovanni Valentino 应尽最大努力在该交付日期交付产品,但不对延迟交付产品负责。如未在上述期限内交货,客户可通过电话或网站在线顾问联系在线商店的客户服务部门。

7.10. 当产品以快递方式送达或顾客在指定自提门店自提产品时,顾客(或顾客指定的第三方)应核实

i. 交付的商品数量与送货单上所列数量一致。

ii. 所交付的产品与相关订单下的产品编码、尺寸及其他产品规格一致,且无明显瑕疵,如裂纹、划痕、纽扣缺失或色差、色差转移等;客户可根据第 5.7 条的规定通过以下方式核对相关订单的上述细节: iii.

iii. 包装及其封条完好无损,无任何损坏、受潮或改变。

iv. 如果出现任何包装和/或产品损坏,或产品与相关订单不符,或出现任何明显缺陷,或产品或文件数量不符,客户必须立即在快递员的快递单上做出书面声明。一旦客户在快递单上签字且未提出任何异议,则客户不得对交付的产品提出任何异议,但根据第 12 条规定的工厂缺陷除外。

7.11. 产品送达后,Giovanni Valentino 将通过短信向客户发送送货信息,客户可随时通过网站或第三方平台查询产品的物流信息。

8. 包装8.1. 从 Giovanni Valentino 授权的第三方网站购买的产品在发货时,包装与 Giovanni Valentino 官方商城提供的标准包装基本相同。

8.2. 对于门店提货的产品,以门店提供的产品包装为准。

9. 无理由退货9.1.根据中国大陆相关规定,Giovanni Valentino接受顾客自商品送达之日起7日内无理由退货。

9.2. 客户在行使无理由退货权利时(包括第三方授权渠道),应在上述第9.1条规定的期限内通过网站在线客服联系卓凡尼华伦天奴,说明退货意愿。客户需提供以下信息:

(i) 指明客户希望行使无理由退货权的产品;

(ii) 订单号;(iii) 客户联系信息和邮寄地址;

(iv) 如果客户通过银行转账购买产品,客户希望收到退款的银行账号,以及选择的退货方式。客户还可能被要求提供他们打算退货产品的照片,以便我们对产品状况进行初步评估。

9.3. 对于退回的产品,如可行,Giovanni Valentino 在线客服部在与顾客确认后,可安排指定快递公司免费上门服务;如不可行,顾客可 在客服部的指导下联系 Giovanni Valentino 指定的快递公司,将包裹邮寄至歌。除上述情况外,因退货产生的相关费用由顾客承担。Giovanni Valentino 不承担退货过程中非因 Giovanni Valentino 过错造成的产品损坏或丢失的风险。客户应在快递单上注明退货产品的退货编号。

9.4. 客户应保持退回产品的包装完好无损、全新、未使用过,且与客户收到产品时的 状态相同;客户不得撕下退回产品的任何标签。此外,客户还应退回产品的原包装盒和发货包装,以及所有附件、标签、文件(如运单和其他购物文件、产品证书、发票(如有))和任何赠品(如有)。如果退回的产品及配件、标签、文件和礼品不符合本第 9 条规定的条件,则 Giovanni Valentino 有权拒收退回的产品并拒绝退款。

9.5. Giovanni Valentino同意根据本第9条退货的,应在收到退货之日起7日内全额退还从客户处收到的货款(不可抗力事件或意外情况除外),前提是退货产品完整无缺且符合本第9条规定的条件。一般而言,退款将通过客户在初次交易时使用的付款方式进行,但如果客户通过银行转账付款,则退款将通过银行转账进行。如果通过任何银行或第三方渠道退款,根据银行或第三方各自的程序,退款金额到达客户账户的时间可能会略有延迟。

9.6. 在收到退货之前,Giovanni Valentino 有权扣留退款。

9.7. Giovanni Valentino拒绝接受退货,应在通知客户拒绝退货申请后30天内将产品退回客户在退货通知中提供的地址(不可抗力事件或不可预见的情况除外)。

9.8. 产品发货后,订单不得取消或修改。但已发货的产品可根据本第 9 条的规定进行退货。

10. 特殊产品10.1.无理由退货权不适用于以下产品类别的订单:(i) 个人定制产品,例如,刻有客户姓名首字母或为客户定制的产品;

(ii) 因产品性质不适合退货的产品(如未包装的礼品盒),或因卫生原因不适合退货的产品(如贴身衣物、围巾);(iii) 客户在提交订单时已被告知根据其性质不可退货的任何其他产品。

11. 产品更换11.1.在遵守本一般条款规定的前提下,如果客户在产品交付之日起 14 天内接受更换通过网站购买的产品(第 10.1 条所列的例外产品或不适用本第 11.1 条的其他产品除外)。在行使上述更换权时,客户应在产品交付之日起14日内通过在线客服联系Giovanni Valentino在线商店的客户服务部门,说明其希望行使更换权的产品,并确保按照第9条的要求退回原产品。经Giovanni Valentino事先书面同意,客户应严格按照Giovanni Valentino网店客服部门提示的程序完成所购产品的更换。Giovanni Valentino仅支持客户以相同价格的其他产品替换其购买的产品(如果客户购买的产品价格发生变化,则以客户实际支付的价格为准)。所有产品更换均取决于客户希望收到的新产品的供应情况,Giovanni Valentino 不保证客户希望收到的新产品的供应情况。客户购买的任何产品只能更换一次,但 Giovanni Valentino 接受客户在更换产品交付之日起 7 天内根据第 9 条的相关规定无理由退货。

11.2. 根据中国大陆的相关规定,顾客也可在产品送达之日起14日内,通过电话在线客服的方式联系歌网网店客服部门,说明要更换在网站上购买的产品(如第10.1条规定的除外产品或其他不适用本条款11.2的产品)。经 Giovanni Valentino 事先书面同意,客户应严格按照网店客服部门的指示更换产品。

11.3. 如果客户根据本条款第11条退回的产品及包装、标签或文件不符合本条款第9条规定的条件,Giovanni Valentino有权拒收退回的产品并拒绝换货。

11.4. 客户应承担因行使本第 11 条规定的换货权而产生的所有费用,包括但不限于退还产品的相关运费。

12. 工厂缺陷

12.1. 若Giovanni Valentino出售的产品存在工厂缺陷(与订单确认不符或根据第7.10条在产品交付时发现的明显缺陷除外),客户必须立即通过在线客服联系Giovanni Valentino网店客服部门。

12.2. 根据消费者保护法,Giovanni Valentino 应采取必要措施确保产品质量。客户有权通过维修、更换或免费退货的方式获得合格产品(但客户有权在适用法律法规规定的期限内选择维修、更换或退货)。

12.3. 因顾客任何原因造成的产品损坏不视为瑕疵或不合格(包括但不限于非顾客自行修改尺寸、经常性长期穿着或使用、洗涤或储存不当、自然磨损等)。

12.4. 如果顾客根据本第 12 条的规定因产品出厂缺陷申请修理、更换或退货,“公司 ”应承担修理、更换或退货的来回运费,以及将修理好的产品或更换好的产品交付给顾客的相关费用。

13. 个人数据

13.1. Giovanni Valentino 将根据隐私政策严格保护客户的个人数据。客户通过网站购物前,应首先接受主要平台的隐私政策。

14. 责任

14.1. Giovanni Valentino 不对客户或在客户接受本通用条款时无法合理预见的任何损害或损失承担责任,包括因 Giovanni Valentino 违约而导致的任何无法预见的损害或损失。

14.2. 如果公司因任何超出其合理控制范围的事件而无法履行或不得不延迟履行公司在本通用条款下的义务,则公司不承担由此造成的任何损失。此类超出合理控制范围的事件包括但不限于任何基础设施故障、政府干预、战争、社会动乱、劫持、洪水、风暴、事故、罢工、停工、恐怖袭击或对公司或其供应商劳动力的影响。

14.3. 如果客户作为消费者不接受本通用条款,则公司不对其造成的任何损失或损害承担责任。客户提交订单即被视为已仔细阅读并同意本通用条款以及网站上公布的隐私政策。

14.4. 在法律允许的最大范围内,本网站及其内容和服务均按 “原样 ”和 “现有 ”提供。我们不对本网站、其内容或服务提供任何保证或担保,例如,包括它们将始终不间断或无差错地可用,或它们将适用于任何特定用途。Giovanni Valentino明确否认任何此类保证。

16.2. 如果 Giovanni Valentino 注册地和住所地的相关法院对因本通用条款的解释、有效性和/或签署而产生的任何争议具有强制属地管辖权。

17. 修订

17.1. Giovanni Valentino有权不时修订或更新本通用条款,修订版在本网站发布后立即生效。
